On sleeving:

I sleeve my games. In some of the pictures I post you will see cards in protective sleeves. It makes shuffling a little bit more of a pain, but it otherwise doesn't affect gameplay.

The cost to sleeve a game is roughly $3 - $6, depending on how many cards are in the game. Most games cost anywhere from $12 - $85. I'd rather sleeve than potentially lose cards to scratches from something on the table, grubby hands, ripping, tearing, or some other horror. It's cheap and effective, and I believe it is a good idea.

That being said, some games are not played very often, and I have not sleeved them yet because the ones that get played with some degree of frequency are the priority.
